Rikevita (Singapore) Pte Ltd – Food Technologist Intern

Are you currently studying Food Science or its related discipline? Are you interested in learning more about the application of emulsifiers on baked goods? If you have answered 'Yes!' to both questions, we want you!

Our company, located in Science Park 2, would like to offer a 3-months internship opportunity to a student studying in a local institute. The internship will allow you to work closely with our team of food technologists and expose you to product formulation, product testing and sensory evaluation.

What you need to have

1. Currently studying a Degree/ Diploma in Food Science or related disciplines in a      local institute
2. Sense of responsibility 

What would be great to have

1. Knowledge on food emulsifiers/ food additives  
2. Interest in working in the bakery division as a food technologist

1. Product Testing
2. Sensory Evaluation
3. Product Formulation
