Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely and accurate way

  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

  • Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance

  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

  • Gather customer feedback and share with team members

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent people and communication skills

  • Analytical mind (ability to translate complex data into market insights)

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Able to commit for minimum of 3 months
