- Assist on recruitment and work pass matters (including apply, renewal & cancellation)
- Assist on on-boarding and off-boarding documentation
- Preparing various types of HR documents and contract
- Any other duties assigned by Manager
Requirement
- Higher Nitec/ Poly Grad students are open to apply
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Meticulous and resourceful.
- Strong team player, possess initiative, independent, and has a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft application
- Able to start immediately / short notice
