Rhodo Property & Estate Management Services Pte Ltd is an Estate Management Company established in 1994 by a group of professionals. Job scopes: 

- Assists the Condominium Manager and ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of property management services at all times 

- Attends to residents' enquiries and maintain a good relationship with residents 

- Works closely with technician/contractors to resolve repair/maintenance issues of the property and implement preventive maintenance measures etc 

- Supervises contractors and term contractors (cleaning, security, landscaping workers etc) and conduct regular audits of their work

- Inspects buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to ensure the property is well maintained

- Solicits quotations from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance works

- Responsible fo rother essential services and functions ranging from administrative, operations to general maintenance of the estate 

- Perform other duties as assigned
