Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end event registration, including data entry and form processing
Interact with clients and participants to assist with registrations and inquiries
Prepare and send confirmation emails, reminders, and updates
Maintain clean, accurate registration databases (Excel, Google Sheets, or platforms)
Support on-site registration at events (e.g., check-ins, badge distribution)
Track payments and refunds with internal records and systems
Collaborate with event and admin teams to ensure smooth event operations
Identify registration issues and suggest process improvements when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Hospitality, Event Management, or related fields
1–2 years of admin, registration, or customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with databases
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Meticulous and organized — good with handling details and timelines
Team player with a client-first mindset
Able to work on-site, with occasional event-day support (may fall on weekends/evenings)
