Rex Refrigeration & Airconditioning Service – Admin Executive (Purchasing)

Our company undertakes turnkey project for Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning & Refrigeration in the Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry.

We provide from Project management, design, fabrication, installation to full commissioning. Projects undertaken include Singapore, Indonesia Batam, UAE, China. Our company core business is also in repairs & maintenance in the related field which dates back since 1973.

Scope:

• Sourcing & purchasing of material/ equipment
• Liaise with vendors and monitoring of purchase order schedule
• Use of Purchase system with Microsoft Navision
• Reconcile vendors’ DO with PO
• Perform other purchasing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel and Email
• Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage but not necessary, otherwise willing to learn new software
• Good coordination and communication skills
