Our company undertakes turnkey project for Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning & Refrigeration in the Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry.
We provide from Project management, design, fabrication, installation to full commissioning. Projects undertaken include Singapore, Indonesia Batam, UAE, China. Our company core business is also in repairs & maintenance in the related field which dates back since 1973.
Responsibilities:
-General Administrative Duties and operational support to department
-Prepare of Quote, Delivery Order & Invoices using Navision system
-Liaise with customers & relevant parties
-Attend to phone calls and email enquiries
-Ensure client’s PO are received & DO are properly acknowledge
-Liaise closely with Admin & Operation Team
-Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
-GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ level or equivalent
- No experience requires as on-the-job training provided
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
-Must be able to multitask and work independently
-Be able to communicate in Mandarin & English (to liaise with Mandarin & English speaking customers)
-Willing to work overtime if require
-Able to start work within short notice

-Located in East Area
- 5.25 working days (Alternate Sat)
-Overtime will be remunerate
