Title: Business Development Intern
Job Location: Singapore
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
Resulticks is looking for an enthusiastic, result-oriented Business Development Representative to build and help manage our sales funnel including identifying, generating, qualifying, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team to build a targeted list of SMB and enterprise account prospects and begin outreach via telephone and email
- Qualify and follow-up with leads to inform them about our offering, to schedule and confirm meetings, and to support the sales effort in other ways
- Update Microsoft Dynamics CRM for all communications with leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Work with the pre-sales team to identify sales support materials, including presentation documents, use cases, and other content for educating and motivating prospects and leads
- Based on interactions with prospects, continuously enhance and refine our understanding of the marketplace by identifying needs and pain points and how to translate those into business opportunities
- Contribute to our “playbook” of questions, objections, and other challenges presented by leads to inform platform improvements and content curation
