Support department on new projects, to ensure projects completed on time.

Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) which involves quantity take-off, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing (if applicable).

Liaise with suppliers and sub contractors on costing, quotation

Liaise and coordinate with Consultant for design queries

Able to read drawings and calculate measurements (ie. Areas, quantity required)

Support QS and any ad-hoc jobs/duties assigned

• Ensure KPI target is achieved.
• Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
• Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
• Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

Salary commensurate based on experience on the same field. NOTE: This is for Singaporean/PR/Dependent pass holders only
