Support SHE Leadership

• Support SHE leaders, including Manager, to strengthen SHE commitment.
• Promote company-value-aligned positive behaviors.
• Maintain SHE legislation, requirements, and best practice knowledge.
• Assist in implementing compliant SHE management systems.
• Manage approved risk assessments for tasks and sites.
• Implement safe work instructions from risk assessments.
• Aid in contractor management.
• Provide SHE info for tenders/contracts.
• Integrate new acquisitions into SHE.
• Conduct regular SHE inspections and report.
• Monitor equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Collaborate on corrective/preventive actions with Country SHE Manager.

Assessing and Managing Risk:

• Deliver SHE learning programs for safe work skills.

Building Capability:

• Establish effective SHE communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Performance Measurement:

• Implement systems for Business SHE objectives.
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, health cases.
• Prepare for internal/external SHE audits.
• Evaluate corrective/preventive actions.
• Update and analyze audit, incident, health stats.
• Submit SHE reports for Regional review.
• Assist in recording monthly SHE Committee Meetings.
• Support SHE performance reviews.

Review and Improvement:

• Assist in preparing regular SHE reports.
• Participate in monthly SHE Committee Meetings.
• Aid in SHE performance reviews.

Requirements

• Had attained safety, health and environment qualifications – certificate/ diploma/ degree with or without SHE work related experience.
• Or interested to pursue a career in safety, health and environment, willing to be trained for Safety Officer qualification and in Sustainability.
• Willing and interest to present and train.
• Able to use software for reports, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
