Job Description

At Rentadella, we are dedicated to making every woman feel beautiful and confident on their special day while promoting sustainability through our dress rental services. With a vast collection of hundreds of dresses in various sizes and styles, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect dress for their occasion.

As part of our vibrant and loving team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our cozy boutique, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our clients to try on dresses. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and managing customer services at the Rentadella HQ. This includes attending to customers and providing excellent customer service, helping them select & book dresses, assisting with customer enquiries over email and phone, opening and closing of store, updating order status’, preparing and mailing out orders, accepting returns, measuring alterations required for customers, fixing and steaming dresses, fixing and changing order problems via our back end system.

  • Involvement in other ad-hoc special projects, duties and assignments required by management

  • Maintain and uphold the retail outlet’s image and hygiene standards at all times

  • Housekeeping

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in customer service and/or fashion retail

  • Provides excellent customer service, with great communication skills

  • Takes initiative and willingness to learn

  • Efficient in HAND sewing and taking measurements

  • Someone who loves fashion!

  • Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is a bonus

  • Working Hours are Weekday (11am-8pm) and Weekend (9am-6pm) - 2 days off a week (one weekend day and one weekday)

Starting Salary: $2,000 - $2,600 per month
