• Provide support in Quality Service Management to fulfil the organisation’s vision and mission.
• Assist in enhancing organisational effectiveness.
• Execute organisation-wide initiatives to meet organisational objectives, and establish collegiality and effective teamwork.
• Help to nurture and maintain a high level of service quality towards organisational and operational excellence.
• Manage feedback and assist in service recovery.
• Assist in organisation-wide service quality initiatives and projects.
• Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
