Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Support and/or coordinate requirements within the Facilities Management function in areas such as:

  • Liaising with engineers, technicians, third parties, stakeholders etc required in building management
  • Planning and completion of preventative maintenance programmes
  • Planning and completion of building improvement works
  • Documenting procedures, supporting documentation
  • Interfacing with other departments (Asset Management/ Leasing/Development) on their requirements
  • Implementation of the company’s real estate management tool called MRI
  • General management and administration of building trades
  • Consolidating asset information
  • Tenant’s fitout or reinstatement works
  • Service requests from internal stakeholders and tenants
  • Development of site work scopes and schedules
  • Health & safety of properties
  • Establish good working relationships and effective communications with various parties including tenants and contractors

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/ Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Team player, with a positive and pleasant personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
