Role Summary
As a Client Engagement Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Relink’s business development and client relationship efforts. You’ll gain hands-on experience in engaging with retail enterprises, understanding their needs, and helping drive adoption of Relink’s digital solutions. This internship offers exposure to real-world client interactions, sales strategy, and market expansion in Singapore’s dynamic retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and engaging potential retail clients across various industries.
Support client meetings, events, and follow-up communications.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client engagement activities.
Collaborate with the business development team to strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in retail technology, digital solutions, and client engagement.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
