- Job Description
- Refine CRM workflow in accordance with business needs
- Document bugs and suggest areas for improvement
- Perform rigorous testing and analyse results for accuracy
- Assist with user acceptance test and handover
- Promote CRM adoption in the organisation
- Work with vendor on post-implementation support
- Liase with other business units to make efficient use of CRM
- Any other work related to CRM use in the organization
- Admin and documentations
