Responsibility

• Provide the team with the operational insights and analysis of common issues.
• Optimise and streamline operations procedure to improve the process of resolution and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations efficiency
• Work and collaborate along with side the management team and gain valuable insight into blockchain technology and industry.

Requirement

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally
• Proven self-starter with strong drive and determination
• Effective communication and project management skills
• University/ Polytechnic students are welcome
