• Understanding client's requirement and liaising with vendors and production team on potential order
• Prepare, review and validate client quotation and purchase order,
• Ensuring quality of supply chain and management of logistics
• Provide general support to visitors
• Assist with ongoing projects which includes reporting, development pipeline, tracking of purchase orders and evaluation of project
• Support ad-hoc project and duties assigned.
• Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for projects
• Work closely with project team to ensure timely and processing of all projects
• Handle handovers upon project completion and follow up with clients thereafter
