Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
- Work under guidance of HR Manager/Executive
- Compute employee leaves e.g. annual leave, sick leave etc.
- Involve in job recruitments
- Process part-time employee payroll
- Carry out orientation for new hired
- Update employee information to the data base system
- Manage staff welfare
- Arrange training, organize events and gathering
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduates Diploma/Advance Dip/Bachelor Degree
- With some knowledge on HR is an advantage
- PC literate, proficiency in Microsoft office
- Good documentation & filing system
- Good organizational skills and good track record
- Singaporean
OTHERS:
Salary: $1,000.00 to $1,300.00 /month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
