- Regularly source for talents in the related fields
- Support all administration elements of the recruiting lifecycle in an effective and efficient manner
- To provide a fast and efficient service to candidates and hiring managers on all interview arrangements
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates
Requirements:
- Able to commit at least 12 weeks
- Have the ability to learn on the job in a welcoming environment.
- Are confident in communicating with others without fearing of rejections
- Good follow up and communication skill
- Excellent and efficient organization and time management skills
- Thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-changing environment.
- High initiative, task-oriented and a good team player who adapts quickly and is flexible to changes
