  • Act as an intermediary between clients and candidates to ensure a mutual fit of clients’ requirements and jobseekers’ preferences and interests
  • Advice clients and candidates on appropriate and adequate hiring practices aligned with MOM employment guidelines
  • Utilise various online platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, Job Portals etc.) to source for potential profiles
  • Arrange, conduct and review interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for job opportunities 
  • Assist in any necessary administrative work leading up to the on-boarding of suitable candidates

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/GCE ‘A’ Levels
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • People-oriented and enjoy working in a team
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from various backgrounds
