• Be actively involved in Recruitment Life Cycle from Job briefing to selection and interview and offer process 
• Conduct daily interviews to match the correct candidates to the various job openings.
• Provide candidate assessment services to Clients.
• Provide career advisory services to Candidates.
• Keep abreast of changing market trends and advising clients and candidates
• Full mentorship and training is provided
