HR Associate - Talent Acquisition & Branding (Intern / Full-time)

Hired candidates will play a pivotal role to grow and market the business entities in Singapore. In this role, you will be part of the Talent Attraction Team to attract & hire Talents for organisation growth, as well as get creative for Corporate Branding activities on our social media platforms (LinkedIn & Instagram) and ad-hoc projects including outreach and employment engagement.
Job Responsibilties
- Conduct full cycle Talent Acquisition & On-boarding
- Drive Talent Attraction & Employer Branding initiatives to expand the company’s presence & outreach (Linkedin & Instagram, Job Portals, EDMs & Job Fairs, Outreach Initiatives etc.)
- Represent the brands & culture to external applicants on career scope and growth opportunities
- Screen and conduct interviews to profile & select potential candidates
- Manage Contract offers and on-boarding of new hires
- Participate/plan internal organisation events such as annual company D&D, Funday, CSR and workshops which run through the year.
- Candidates with high potential will be identified for career progression and exposure.
