Job Description
Events Admin Coordinator #ESY
Job scope:
- Liaise with constituencies and OTCi to arrange training for mentors
- Track and compile info and data of mentors and mentees
- Follow up with constituencies on joint activities for mentors and mentees
- Coordinate the delivery and setup of wellness corner/lactation space with qualified companies
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers
- Track and compile info and data of companies
- Any other tasks as assigned
