We are looking for Interns (for those who have not completed your tertiary education) as well as full-time permanent staffs.
Responsibilities
As an Intern in our BDS Team, you will be attached to a Senior (or even a Team Leader or Manager!) as your Mentor. You will be exposed to the 360-degree, full spectrum of the job during your internship with us:
As Client Advocate
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients
- Reach out to potential clients through Cold-calling
- Face-to-face meetings with clients
- Business presentations to clients
- Negotiation of contractual terms and service agreements
- Closing deals
As HR Consultant
- Combing the various resources for the right talent
- Qualifying and shortlisting the right talent
- Matching the right talent to the right client
- Providing consultation on job opportunities and market trends
- Liaison between clients and talent
Requirements
- A Degree from a recognized University (any discipline)
- Good command of English
- Personable, love to engage with people
- Take pride in delighting customers
- Positive mindset, a happy and smiley person
