 About the Role:

A Recruitment Consultant’s job is a hybrid role that encompasses various functions. Apart from executing the entire recruitment cycle, you will also be involved in connecting with HR professionals in order to meet business development objectives and partnering them to provide total recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership in business development and marketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends to anticipate talent management trends, providing competitive recruitment solutions to clients ahead of others.
  • Connect with both active and passive candidates to build strong pipelines by strategically utilising external and internal databases.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes such as screening of candidates, negotiating remuneration packages to meet client and candidate expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates by facilitating a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Arts and Social Sciences
  • Proactive attitude and people-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful and dependable team player
  • Applicants with good CCA track records will be highly considered
