5 Months Client Services Officer (Entry-level)
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating all meeting rooms bookings
- Answering all incoming calls and managing the switchboard
- Assist in F&B arrangement for meetings
- Ensuring the upkeep of front office area
- Assisting in ad hoc administrative duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum A level/ Diploma holder
- No experience required as training will be provided
