3 Months Contract Compliance Trainee

• Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
• Develops and periodically reviews and updates Standards of Conduct.
• Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. D
• Ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
• Keeping abreast of changes to regulatory requirements and communicating changes internally to ensure established policies, procedures and processes are in compliance with new requirements.
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Accounting or Banking / Finance
• Available to start work in short notice
