Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and short-list candidates based on job requirements.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.

  • Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation.

  • Support onboarding coordination such as arranging induction schedules and new hire documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • No experience required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 

Learning Opportunities:

  • Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Understanding of HR administration and employment practices.
