$2000 - $2500/month + Transport allowance $400 - $800 montly

5.5 working days per week

Job duties

• Attending regular meetings on behalf of company and recording decisions, preparation of meeting minutes on project matters.
• Creating and updating workflows
• To manage, control and monitor of daily project works,instructions and progress.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team and head office.
• Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Assist Project site on drawing coordination, samples and materials preparation and submission (Research and submission to get clearance)
• Work with PM to prepare program documents, design, detailed plans within allocated timelines and budgets.
• Any other tasks as assign by Director

Requirement

• Minimum N Level / O Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec
• Completed National Service
• Experience in similar position will be advantageous 
• Knowledge of roofing and ceiling work is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (and ability to liaise with vendors / associate based in China)
• Has own transport
