Job Description

Events and Marketing Assistant (Singaporeans / PRs Only)

Events Scope: 

  • Generate documentation for items going out for events. 
  • Assist in packing of instruments, materials and equipment for dentistry courses/ workshops/ conferences
  • Assist in checking of stock and unpacking items returned from events. 
  • Updating of P&L
  • Assist in preparing samples, including labeling and packing.
  • Schedule / Coordinate the delivery of the items to the event venue.

Marketing Scope:

  • Managing of e-commerce website to update new products and changes in price for items. 
  • Approve accounts of new customers who register on the e-commerce site. 
  • Processing of orders from e-commerce website, to forward to specific departments.
  • Managing the corporate website to upload new courses/ banners online. 
  • Answering inquires via phone or email, to direct them to relative department.

Other Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Generate sales orders documentation for sales team.
  • Assist in sourcing for external vendors such as events venue etc.
  • Some administrative tasks when required.  


Requirements: 

  • Singaporeans / PRs only. 
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented individual. 
  • Not afraid to do a little heavy lifting. 
  • Keen to learn and take on new processes. 
  • Energetic and dynamic with positive attitude.
  • Good interpersonal skills and calm under pressure. 
  • Responsive and good at multi-tasking with ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Creativity and experience in Adobe Photoshop is not essential but a plus.
