Job Scope - Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Shooting
- Assist in filming social content, brand videos, and campaign assets
- Support simple, efficient shoot setups to execute ideas quickly
- Capture and organise footage for short-form and long-form content
Creative Ideation & Trend Research
- Contribute ideas for TikToks, Reels, and campaign content
- Stay up to date with social trends, formats, and platform best practices
- Support scripting and content planning
Social Media & Publishing
- Write captions and assist with script drafts and decks
- Help plan and manage content calendars
- Support publishing and asset management across platforms
Editing & Post-Production
- Assist with editing (cuts, subtitles, transitions, basic motion graphics)
- Optimise content for social platforms (vertical formats, pacing, hooks)
- Bonus: animation, motion design, or strong visual storytelling skills
Campaign & Team Support
- Assist with shoot coordination, timelines, and logistics
- Provide general support to ensure smooth execution of content and campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
– Interest in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling
– Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
– Comfortable shooting and working in a fast-paced environment
– Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
– A proactive, ideas-driven mindset
