Rakuten Asia Pte. Ltd. – Recruitment Coordinator (5 Months Contract)

Rakuten Asia is looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will Partner with the recruiters and hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with recruiters to design the candidate experience, and schedule interviews for candidates.
• Greet candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience for all onsite interviews taking place in the Singapore office
• Coordinate coding assessments for the candidates.
• Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Vendor Engagement - Manage the vendors / agencies in updating on the recruitment activities and their candidate’s status on regular basis.
• Manage the onboarding of employees
• Help plan recruiting events, both in the office and off-site.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or Business related fields.
• Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking
• Proven experience with calendars and scheduling
• Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, and excellent organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Workday (ATS) is preferred
