Job Description

We are looking to hire a People Operations Executive (6 months maternity cover) to join Rakuten Asia, People Experience and Operations team. You will play critical role in managing various aspects of HR Operations in Singapore to support the employee experience across the entire lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, leave, employee reimbursements, compensation & benefits administration, onboarding & offboarding activities, work pass related activities etc.

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll processing, headcount reporting, statutory submissions such as CPF, government surveys, etc.

• Submission of government leave grants in accordance with regulation.

• Handle HRIS data in Workday and TIMES Software and other systems as needed from time to time to ensure data integrity.

• Support daily HR operational matters.

• Assist with corporate events such as workshops, Happy Hour, etc.

• Assist with general affairs and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

 

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of HR experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• HRIS proficiency in TIMES Software/Workday and familiarity with payroll systems.

• In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, government grants and best practices.

• Highly organized with a high level of drive and integrity.

• Meticulous, numerically inclined with a keen analytical ability.

• Hands-on and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

• A team player with strong sense of responsibility & possess good organizing skill.

• Cheerful, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Work independently with minimum supervision and a dedicated team player.
