Job Description

Eager to be a part of a multi-billion dollar industry and a Singaporean brand, which today, is the largest home-grown private healthcare provider? Raffles Medical Group started in 1976 as a two clinic operation but today, serves over 2 million patients annually in five countries, 14 cities.

The Brand & Marketing team is an integral part of RMG, allowing the Group to effectively connect, engage and grow our customer base. We look to you in being a key member of the team, supporting the team in delivering our core service areas in Brand Communications, Digital Marketing and e-Commerce. The Brand & Marketing team also consists of an internal content studio of designers and copywriters to support the internal and external marketing efforts.

Your role is focused on day-to-day delivery. Your team leaders will help you manage your tasks and priorities, you will also be expected to own and deliver against specific responsibilities. You need to be conducting business in an effective manner with attention to detail and accuracy in all communications – whether internal or external.

We expect you to keep up to date with the industry and consume a wide variety of social media/content, looking for trends and best practices to educate not only yourself but the wider team in Brand & Marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the e-Commerce digital marketing campaigns to the target audience.
  • Liaison between key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Content planning – conceptualising content, writing content briefs for social and digital platforms.
  • Reporting – social media analytics, e-Commerce reporting.
  • E-Commerce – product development and product listing, tracking of campaigns.
  • Assist the team managers and directors on day-to-day output.
  • Support with compiling of media monitoring reports and doing media analysis.
  • Identify media opportunities and pitch RMG spokespersons – with guidance and support.
  • Writing of communication materials – external and internal.
  • Attend briefings/meetings both internally, externally and prepare minutes.
  • Prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed.
  • Assist in day to day management of SEO strategy, implementation & monitoring.
  • Assist in platform enhancement and content strategy, implementation & monitoring.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct traffic as well as monitoring the online presence and rate position of relevant competitors.

What we are looking for:

  • A self-starter who is proactive and responsible.
  • Has prior experience interning at an agency.
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills are a must.
  • Comfortable with writing and proofing.
  • Skilled in MS office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Any design capability will be a bonus.
