We're building MICA, an AI-driven digital assistant that makes it faster, easier & cheaper for companies to comply with regulations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
1. Design a user-friendly dashboard for compliance professionals
2. Build backend modules in Python to support new features on the frontend
Requirements:
- Previous experience & fluency in Python, Javascript, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS
- Be able to use Stack Overflow well enough!
- Able to commit at least 35-40 hours per week
Regarding the tech stack, our backend is written primarily in Python, using Flask & Swagger UI to build our API. The front-end is written in Bootstrap-AJAX(Pure Javascript). The AI & NLP models are written in Python, using open-source frameworks like Spacy.
