We're building MICA, an AI-driven digital assistant that makes it faster, easier & cheaper for companies to comply with regulations. 

We are incubated with and funded by Entrepreneur First and SGInnovate.  At RADICALi, you'll be working with people who are singularly motivated to do one thing: be radically intelligent. 

As we build out our product, we're excited to bring you along on our rocket-ship, we're looking for folks having a growth mindset, and have an itch to make kickass products!

Your core responsibilities:

• Design a user-friendly dashboard for compliance professionals
• Build features for integration with our AI models

What we are looking for:

• Able to commit at least 20 hours per week (negotiable)
• Previous experience & fluency in Javascript, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS
• Be able to use Stack Overflow well enough!

You'd be leading development on MICA's frontend and have the opportunity to define the product roadmap. Plus points if you've shipped something before, send us the link!

Regarding the tech stack, our backend is written primarily in Python, using Flask & Swagger UI to build our API. The front-end is written in Bootstrap-AJAX(Pure Javascript). The AI & NLP models are written in Python, using open-source frameworks like Spacy.
