HR Intern/ Part-time HR

As a Human Resource Intern, you will create impact by:

• Working with the Hiring Manager to craft compelling job descriptions, iterating processes for interviews and making our interview experience a rich one
• Fostering team cohesion through tried and tested initiatives like LALA (lunch around learn around), etc. 
• Drawing up workflows for HR admin processes 
• Conducting actual interview screenings and interviews with candidates, getting real-life experience while doing so 
• Learn the psychometric frameworks we use (like StrengthsFinder) and come up with an internal communications plan that revolves around them
• Monitoring team spending and coming up with a game plan to maximize cost-efficiency
