- Job Description
Logistics Assistant (1 Year Contract) | Luxury | Based in West
- Prepare manual invoice / packing list
- Apply for temporary import to Vietnam for press set
- Sales contract for Vietnam on press set
- Coordination between Communication team at Zone / Countries
- Handle high Volume on goods to countries
- Support Events locally & overseas countries
Job Requirements:
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Has knowledge in SAP/Pivot Table/Vlookup will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with an eye for detail
Additional Information:
Working Location: Pioneer Road (Near Jurong Bird Park)
Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
Contract Tenure: Till 31 Dec 2021 (Subject to renewal)
