- Job Description
Event Coordinator (4 - 6 Month Contract) | Luxury Retail
Position Title: Event Coordinator (4- 6 month contract)
- Press Coordination – including registration coordination and flight bookings
- Press Sponsorship Organization – organize and coordinate press and events schedule
- Retail Sponsorship – Coordinate retailer meeting schedule
- Invoicing – verification of pre-invoicing and ensure accurate charging to respective parties ( retailers, Media, VIP and brand staff )
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of Events Management experience
- Strong organization and project management experience
- Strong communicator and meticulous
- Administrative
