Our Luxury retail client seeks a Digital Services Analyst / Digital Marketer for their team to support them in CRM & Digital Divisions. If you have passion in the Luxury industry and seeks more exposure and experience, this is the best opportunity for you!

Job Purpose:

• Ensure support for CRM and Digital teams from all divisions (Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, Fragrance & Beauty) in implementing CRM communications, to build loyalty of
• Chanel customers and drive innovation.
• Oversee the digital marketing execution for the three divisions.
• Plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and maintain content for the organization's website(s).
• Explore new functionalities or new application of existing capabilities of the tool, and build POCs

Academic / Professional Qualifications Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in digital marketing/ communications or other related areas

Work Experience Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant Digital/CRM experience, preferably within a Digital/CRM agency.
• Experience on salesforce.com technology, especially on the Marketing Cloud module.
• Digital savvy
• Strong project management skills
• Self-motivated and independent but also good team player.
• Good collaboration skills
• Good leadership skills driving team to success
• Proficient in spoken / written English + local language
• Proficient in computer & presentation skills.

Additional Information:
Working Location: Orchard
Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
Contract Tenure: To be able to commerce immediately and commit the full 6 months contract
