Client Strategy Executive | 6 Month Maternity Cover

Job Mission:

• Accompany markets in their decision-making process by providing them with a suite of reports and analysis
• Identify growth opportunities for the division and formulate action plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of database (regional and market dashboards)
• Measure regional performance through KPI tracking (quarterly – monthly)
• Monitor generation of automated lists and reports, drive new BI projects launch
• Generate insights for Ad-hoc studies and analysis
• Provide other métiers with findings and learnings
• EDM campaign management support

Person Specifications:

• Diploma in business / management
• Data science – literacy cours or certification

Work Experience:

• 2+ year experience in client insights / client intelligence function in the retail sector
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, data storytelling
• Impartiality and confidentiality
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage different project and multiple stakeholders in parallel
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Qlikview, Excel and Powerpoint
