Our client is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator specialised in administrative coordination & running of events for their brand's clientele. 

Client Experience Coordinator (1 Year Contract) - Luxury

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support team to consolidate client profiles from all markets
• Support team with itinerary planning of all clients across SA markets
• Coordinate and refine client experience arrangements proposed by client’s host(s)
• Invitations (align on gifting for all markets, and assist Singapore team with local gifting)
• Consolidate client’s travel dates
• Arrange VIP Meet & Greet service at airport
• Hotel bookings
• Car transportation bookings
• Restaurant reservations
• Activities bookings
• Preparation of itinerary, welcome letter
• Post-event gifting

Job Requirements:

• Profile must at least possess at least a Diploma or Degree
• Have at least 1 year or more working experience in the administrative coordination/events related role
• Have strong communication skills & able to multi-task ; handle high volume of workload
• Knowledge of fashion / luxury industry is good to have

Contract Period

• 12 Months/1 year (Jan 2022 - Dec 2022)
