We are a newly setup Japanese company which provides other companies in Singapore with secretarial services and customer service support. We assist our clients with handling databases and data analysis.
We are looking for students interested in data, technology, optimizing work processes and would like to get a taste of working in a SME. During the internship, you will be required to:
- Analyse current data processes and identify areas for improvement
- Optimize HR tracking system
- Assist teammates with other Ad hoc tasks
[Requirements]
- PC skills (MS EXCEL, ACCESS)
- Meticulous and able to multitask
- Able to work in a team
- Basic knowledge on process optimization
- Coding and database knowledge is a plus
- Experience with various programs used by HR department will be an advantage
- Students in their second or third year preferred
- Graduates looking for short-term part time work are also welcomed
