Job Description
- COO draft checks multiple supplier
- Checks the draft COO Average of 20-25 daily via email.
- Coordinates with Factory on all COO for destination SG,MY,ID, TH, VN, PH
- Chase factory for COO Draft/Final Average of 20-30 daily via email.
- COO filing (file to a folder and record it into a summary file)
- Average 30 COO to file daily just for SG and MY
- Average 30 also to record
- Back to Back application for ID, TH, PH, VN
- Indonesia she applies 2-3 weekly
- SG Export Customers 6-8 sets of documents weekly
- Issuing commercial invoices for custom’s clearance purposes ID for Direct and Tag on Shipment, MY for Tag On shipment.
- Issue average 15 invoices for direct shipments daily (peak period)
- Issue 5-8 sets of SG export customers weekly
- Issue average of 4-5 sets for Interco shipments weekly (tag on shipment to MY and ID)
