PulseActiv Pte Ltd – Events Executive

PulseActiv is the fastest growing Team Building, Sports & Events organization in Singapore. Over the years, we have successfully executed over 1,200 events for over 1,000 happy companies, and the number just keeps growing!

We deliver a wide range of quality indoor and outdoor Team Building, Sports & Family Fiestas events catering to various clients, from groups as small as 30 to larger group sizes of up to over 1,000 pax.

Since the pandemic, we have pivoted to offer Virtual Team Bonding activities and have organised over 500 virtual events to date with groups ranging from 10 to 1,200 pax. With 20 over activities including our Best Sellers: Team Bingo, Lost Treasures & Abducted, our goal is to create the best experience for our clients.

We are looking for fun, bubbly, passionate & motivated individuals with an interest in events to join us on our journey as we navigate the world of virtual events.

Being a rapidly growing but lean team you will have the opportunity to experience all aspects of events in the virtual space & learn the detailed process of curating an event and our commitment to customer service.

Role
1. Assist Event Leads & Managers in the conceptualisation of new & unique programs
2. Assist with the coordination and planning of ongoing client events (including administrative duties such as preparation of event plans,design and tailoring)
3. Assist our event trainers with facilitation & execution of our team building programs
4. Active participation in the team’s strategic planning process assisting the Events Lead with development of a workplace for management and expansion.
