I run a real estate team in Singapore under public listed company PropNex Realty Pte Ltd. I am an ACTA Certified Trainer, with a degree in Building & a masters in Real estate And is currently looking to expand the team’s manpower to double from current 50 strong.

Job Description
  • Perform Transacted Sales Data Entry into internal server.
  • Daily updates and regular reporting & record keeping of competitors’ listing stock.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, budgeting, and reporting
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and events, both internal and external. Mostly via whatsapp/ whatsapp calls.
  • Handling follow-up chats on whatsapp & calls, especially of customer enquiries
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Responsible for paper works/documentation, invoice/billing, correspondence letter, pay slip, letter of employment etc.
  • Prepare meeting minutes & various reports.
  • Communication over whatsapp & phone to boss & relevant parties related to our business.
  • Co-ordination & sales and other teams to make sure sales & product handovers are on time & duely recorded
  • Able to create slides for presentation
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
  • Able to take notes during zoom meetings and send it out.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a casual friendly vibrant character that can put client at ease.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Work well with Apple Apps (KeyNote/ Numbers/ Pages)
  • Proficient with Google Business Suite (sheets/docs/calendar)
  • Comfortable with learning new mobile apps (using company’s mobile apps) & functions and connect data created with clients if needed
  • Comfortable & familiar with Social Media platforms (Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok/ WeChat/ Line/ Whatsapp Business) 

 

Hybrid work arrangements is possible after min 3 months in Office.
