Job Description
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Generate and process invoices, payments, credit/debit notes etc.
  • Ensure all AP/AR/GL are recorded properly.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Able to handle partial/full sets of accounts.
  • Perform data entry into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and be responsible for GST Filing.
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Update annual and medical leave records, and ensure leave accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Any other ad hoc job duties as assigned.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

    Salary: $1,500.00 - $2,900.00 per month.
