PretePop Pte Ltd – Virtual Events & Marketing Intern

PretePop is an all-in-one events platform for anyone to organize and run retail events online with engaging experiences. Retail events are time-limited shopping events. We make it easy for organizers to put together exciting online retail events. Organizers can simply plug and play our events templates - launching events as fast as in 1 day; the community of brands and shoppers can make meaningful connections, entirely online.

As part of the Founder Team, you will be working closely with the founders to drive high-priority initiatives that will shape the growth of the organization.

• Assist in the conceptualization, planning and execution of events
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure events run smoothly.
• Provide support and liaise with event stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in planning and developing suitable marketing strategies for events
• Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Passion for events (bringing people together) in general
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Avid user of social media
• Working knowledge of one or more design tools (e.g. Photoshop / Illustrator) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
• Respect for others, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
• Love working with people
