Recent years we have expand our business to building automaton system which dealing with commercial building automation system on centralize air conditioning system, mechanical ventilation fans, domestic water system, plumbing and sewage system. We focus and to expand our business towards Smart Building Services IoT (Internet of Thing) solution for various type intuitive products.

Successful applicants on this position will have on job training, this include the workplace health and safety and various computer programming language for building automations system. 

Job Description
  • Operate and maintaining Building Automation System (BAS) to ensure smooth functionality and monitor the chiller plant and air-side equipment (such as air handling unit, AHU and fan coil unit, FCU) performance according to local BCA/NEA Green Mark Rating. Other building services system such as, lighting, power generation, plumbing, sewage, domestic and electrical systems may be part of the BAS as well.
  •  Perform regular checks and update the BAS manufacturer-supplied software and operating system (such as Microsoft Windows and Linux) to ensure that BAS software are working smooth and secure.
  • Monitor and verify the operation of all BAS field devices such as temperature sensor, flow transmitter, pressure transducer, carbon dioxide transmitter, relative humidity transmitter, relay, variable frequency drive, valve and damper actuated device, digital power meter, BTU meter.
  • Able to use various type of measurement and metering devices such as Electronic Multimeter, temperature and relative humidity meter (hygrometer), air pressure meter, thickness gauge meter, and water pressure meter. Will provide guide and on site training if not familiar any of that.
  • Troubleshooting and repair (either temporarily or permanently) solutions for BAS prompt error message or found any deviation which impact the operation of the equipment.
  • Adjust and configure BAS configurations and parameters to the desire conditions as per customer or the performance code requirements.
  • Perform check on the BAS software recorded maintenance data and generated reports. May have to use Spreadsheet program such as Excel to perform data analysis, and create presentation slide (using Power Point) or word document such as Portable Document Format, PDF.
  • Supervises and manages contractor(s) to performing maintenance or installation work on some occasion. 
  • Provide technical / operational guidance to ensure that departmental goals are achieved while providing results. 
  • Evaluate all related customer request of service all and prioritize the sequence of attending the service call.
  • Maintain documentation containing all malfunction, repair, maintenance, or change trend logs for the BAS.
  • Provides scheduled maintenance and follow-up diagnostics and repairs for BAS down to the component level.
  • Expected working environment will be hot, cold, dusty, humid, working at height, crawling on some occasion on various building around the island.
