We are looking for Technical Sales Support Intern to join our growing team. You will be serving our customers by helping them during the onboarding process (creating materials, conducting trainings and account setup). You will also meet prospects to better understand their needs, identify how our solutions can be customized to meet their requirements, and then translate those business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
As a Technical Sales Support Intern, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Assist with customer enquiries
- Liaise with the client to understand the gaps between our solutions and the client’s needs
- Specify those gaps and discuss with the dev team on the best way to implement those gaps
- Have a good understanding of the platforms, perform high level testing and provide recommendations to improve them
- Create materials for customer trainings
- Conduct trainings (online or in person)
Skills required
- Technical knowledge on web development / SaaS platforms is preferred
- Strong Business acumen
- Excellent analytical skills
- Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals.
- Prioritizing, attention to details, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent command of English
Internship duration: 4 to 6 months
